By accessing and using the Information Department Online Library Information Portal, users agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
The portal is primarily a Book Catalogue and Library Management Application intended to facilitate the cataloguing, management and discovery of books available in the Information Department Library.
The information displayed on the portal is provided for the purpose of searching and identifying books in the Library’s physical collection. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate and updated information, catalogue details and availability may be subject to change.
Members of the public may use the public catalogue to search and view information about books. The portal does not provide digital copies of books or an online reading/download facility. Books available in the physical Library may be read within the Library premises, subject to applicable Library rules, timings and availability.
Certain features and services are restricted to authorised officers and staff of the Information Department. Users must not share their login credentials or attempt to access services beyond their authorised permissions.

The Department reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any portal feature or service as considered necessary.
